    • Design, construct and validate gene and plasmid constructs

Qualifications:
    1. PhD degree or above.
    2. Good publication record in leading peer reviewed journals.
    3. Experience with affinity chromatography, IEX, RP, SEC, or other methods,  both for purification and for analytical development, is required.
    4. Demonstrated knowledge of protein conjugation technologies, production,  purification, characterization, HPLC method development, analytical method  development and downstream process methodology is expected.

    6. Prior Experience in directing, developing and optimizing conditions for  chemical conjugation, purification and analysis of polymer-protein or  polymer-peptide conjugates, is highly desirable.

Drug  target investigator

Responsibilities:
    1. Critically review the potential therapeutic targets, assess the emerging  scientific data and competitive environment, and propose the reliable targets  for group discussion.
    2. Work closely with group members to prepare data for meeting with the  internal stakeholders.  Provide  scientific opinions on the new drug development projects
    3. Collaborate with internal laboratories to develop and execute plans for  target validation and application of research assays (in vitro, ex vivo, or  in vivo preclinical models).
    Qualifications:
    1. PhD with good publications in the accredited lab is preferred. Overseas  experience is a plus.
    2. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
    3. Expertise and understanding in the state-of-the-art technology,  including genetic perturbation, enzymology, molecular biology, cell biology  and pre-clinical animal models.
    4. Accurate record keeping of experimental work as well as good  organizational skills are preferred.
    5. Good interpersonal skills are preferred.
