I. University Introduction
深圳理工大學（以下簡稱“深圳理工”）是深圳新成立的一所大學，深圳是一座充滿魅力、動力、活力和創(chuàng)新力的城市。學校在中國科學院和廣東省的支持下，以中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院優(yōu)質(zhì)豐厚的科教產(chǎn)教資源為基礎，“高起點、高水平、高標準、高質(zhì)量”建設一流新型研究型大學。深圳理工已建設生命健康學院、合成生物學院、計算機科學與控制工程學院、生物醫(yī)學工程學院、材料科學與能源工程學院、藥學院、算力微電子學院七個學科交叉專業(yè)學院；細胞與基因技術研究院、未來農(nóng)業(yè)研究院、人工智能研究院等前沿技術研究院。
2024年首次招收本科生，共在廣東省錄取物理類考生120人，其中最高錄取分數(shù)為664分，最低錄取分數(shù)為624分，最低分數(shù)超本科線182分。深圳理工作為新型研究型大學的代表，以創(chuàng)新獨特的人才培養(yǎng)模式、弘揚科學家精神和特區(qū)精神的校園文化等得到了考生和家長的廣泛關注與認可。
Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government, SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The mission of SUAT is to nurture top-notch innovative young talents in critical academic fields in high demand by the urgent needs of national and global development. As such, SUAT has built a brand-new campus, designed innovative academic programs, created (Yale-like) residential colleges and established academic faculties in several multi-disciplinary fields. These initial efforts by SUAT have received consistently positive responses and support from students and parents. Comparing the scores of the very first cohort of SUAT’s UG students, SUAT has been ranked #1 among all universities that are headquartered in Guangdong Province. Indeed, the students SUAT admitted this year are among the top 1.2% among all students who applied for colleges.

生命健康學院秉持“探索生命奧秘，尋求科學真諦”的愿景，從人類健康的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求出發(fā)，融匯國際創(chuàng)新資源，發(fā)展生命與健康前沿交叉學科，探索生命與智能的本質(zhì)，促進新醫(yī)科發(fā)展，服務人類健康。教研團隊由加拿大皇家科學院院士、德國科學院院士領銜，10余位世界一流的資深教授任學術帶頭人，團隊聚集一批來自世界著名學府的青年教師骨干。生命健康學院以國家生物醫(yī)藥領域的重大需求和學科前沿為導向，圍繞解決生命健康領域的前沿基礎科學問題、突破關鍵核心技術、培養(yǎng)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才，推動學科專業(yè)與新興產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，推動科技成果轉化體制機制創(chuàng)新。
The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences adheres to the vision of "exploring the mysteries of life and seeking the truth of science". Starting from the strategic needs of human health development, it integrates international innovation resources, develops cutting-edge interdisciplinary subjects in life and health, explores the essence of life and intelligence, and is committed to promoting the development of new medicine and serving human health. The teaching and research team is led by the Academician of the Academy of Science of Royal Society of Canada and the Academician of the German Academy of Science. More than 10 world-class senior professors serve as academic leaders, and the backbone young teachers come from famous universities around the world. IV. Position Responsibilities
1.全面主持生命健康學院的教學、科研和相關行政管理工作。
1. Fully preside over the teaching, scientific research, and related administrative management of the Faculty of Life and Health.
2.積極引進國內(nèi)外高層次人才，培養(yǎng)中青年骨干教師，建設一支高水平的教師隊伍。
2. Actively introduce high-level talents from home and abroad, cultivate young and middle-aged backbone teachers, and build a high-level faculty team.
3. 探索創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，推進教學與課程體系改革，培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神和應用實踐能力的專業(yè)人才。
3. Explore innovative talent training models, promote the reform of teaching and curriculum systems, and cultivate professional talents with innovative spirit and application practice ability.
4. 制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，把握人才培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展方向，健全并完善教學、科研管理組織架構和體制。

2.最佳的申請截止日期為2025年2月9日。此招聘公告在2025-2026學年之前將持續(xù)接受申請并篩選潛在候選人，直到確定人選。
